Our ID wanted us to screed the bedrooms first before we can start our Reno.
However, please beware when you asked HDB to lay cement for your laminates.. their works Su*k Big time!! Just sent a compliant to the branch office on this.. Those workers did not clean up after work.. damaged my door knob and drainage cover!!! My current defects have yet to to done and these workers 'HELP' me to create new ones...thks to them...
